This is a private paid VIP Event do not discuss this event with anyone
You must have an advanced ticket to attend this event. No cash at the door will be accepted.
You must have a ticket to make a room reservation.
Rooms are limited, sharing a room is permitted, A room is not required to attend.
Once main Chalet is sold out remaining reservations will be placed at the ajacent Inn Lodge.
If you require a room, we highly recommend you book when you get your ticket.
Due to the nature of this event there is a 7 day cancellation policy for tickets and rooms
NOTICE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AT THE DOOR ONCE TICKETS ARE GONE WE WILL BE AT CAPACITY.
TICKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
Purchasing a ticket and attending the listed event is both voluntary and at your own risk. You must be a consensual committed couple or consensual single female attending this event at your own free will. You understand and agree that neither Deviate Network, nor its owners, directors, staff, affiliates and parent companies collectively or the venue at which the events take place, and you hereby expressly release all parties involved from any and all claims arising from, or in any way connected to, the foregoing. This agreement merges and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and/or representations between the parties relating to the listed events. You understand that your donation for party/event admission, is to cover cost of the venue, music, entertainment, in some cases food and other expenses related to the event only. Any subsequent activities either before, after or during the event are of your own consent and not included in the cost of admission or the liability of its owners, directors, staff, affiliates and parent companies collectively or the venue. You also agree that by attending the above mentioned event that you agree to the rules and regulations listed above and of the venue and above mentioned affiliates. This agreement shall be construed, governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with all Federal and State laws of the United States and the State of New York, and the parties consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of New York for any and all issues arising out of, or related to, the terms of this agreement or your attendance at the listed events.
